Alpha Environmental was established in 1999 as a result of a need to fill a particular niche in the environmental industry. The company director has over 20 years of experience in industrial soil and groundwater issues, occupational hygiene and asbestos.
Alpha Environmental specialises in environmental and occupational hygiene, predominantly providing professional services to the commercial and industrial sectors. Alpha Environmental also provides professional services to government bodies.
Alpha Environmental is a member of the Australian Contaminated Land Consultants Association (ACLCA) and ensures that the quality of our work and our professional and ethical conduct is maintained at all times.

TONY PAPANIKOLAS: BMECHENG – DIRECTOR
As founding director of Alpha Environmental, Tony is experienced in the management of a broad range projects including asbestos removal and demolition, soil and groundwater assessments and remediation. He has an impressive list of completed projects including remediation projects involving the on-site treatment of lead and hydrocarbon contaminated soils and contaminated groundwater contamination remediation.
BEN TAYLOR: BGEOLENG – SENIOR ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANT
Ben has been a project manager for numerous audited environmental site assessments across Victoria which has included the planning, co-ordination of sub-contractors installation and sampling of groundwater monitoring wells, soil sampling and remediation and interpretation and reporting of results.
STEPHEN POIESZ: BSC(HONS)GEOLOGY, DIPED (PRIMARY) – SENIOR ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENTIST
Stephen has been project manager for numerous soil and hydrogeological projects throughout metropolitan Melbourne which have included the planning and installation of monitoring wells, soil sampling, hydrogeological interpretations and remediation.
RICHARD BRIGHT: BSC(HONS)GEOCHEMISTRY – SENIOR ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENTIST
Richard has been involved in numerous soil and hydrogeological assessments across Victoria particularly in the field of Victorian EPA Environmental Audited sites. His consistent level and quality of work exceeds these standards.
