Site Assessment / Characterisation
Alpha Environmental has extensive experience assessing and characterising the contamination status of soils with respect to a particular land use. These types of assessments are undertaken with respect to the following:

Offsite Disposal
If your site is not subject to an environmental audit but you still need to remove soil to facilitate your development (i.e. for a basement), then soil classification works will need to be undertaken.
These works are undertaken in accordance with EPA Industrial Waste Resource Guidelines to allow for the disposal of site derived soils to landfill. Alpha Environmental has extensive soil classification experience and is able to offer cost and time effective soil classification solutions.
